Happiness at ivivva

On Sunday, March 20, 2016 we celebrated the UN’s International Day of Happiness. I was inspired by Live Happy’s idea for a happiness wall and their #happyacts challege. My friends at Potions In Motiongenerously made and donated this wall for my event. I wanted to create a space where kids and adults could share their ideas on how they can spread happiness in their school, workplace or community.

We had a great day at ivivva Boca sharing how we would spread happiness!    

I held a giveaway for people who subscribed to my blog at the event. They were entered into a drawing to win a private shopping night with their friends at the ivivva showroom. The Yoga Joint generously donated a $25 gift certificate as a prize too!

Raw Juce provided healthy organic cold pressed drinks for everyone to enjoy.

Much of what I do is involved with spreading kindness, like my efforts with the Samaritans365 organization. The two concepts are very much inter-connected because happy people are kind, and when someone is kind, it creates happiness!

I am so thankful for the ladies at ivviva for all of their help and support. It feels so good to collaborate with a brand whose goals align so well with mine.

I am grateful to all of the people who came out and added to our wall!
